Staying with a Canadian host family is the first option that students should consider. Georgetown Academy’s homestay program is instrumental to students’ success in learning English.

By living with a Canadian host family while studying English, students will have the opportunity to engage in conversation while you experience a new lifestyle and culture. The Homestay Coordinator is in charge of visiting and carefully selecting host families as well as assisting students. Our host families offer friendly, comfortable surroundings and play a central role in your learning experience.

Homestay services include:

Plan B – $1400/month

• 3 meals

Plan C – $1300/month

• 2 meals (No Lunch)
